Protecting Your Password. When you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree not to give or make available your Password or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individual(s). You are responsible for all transactions authorized or requested though the Online Banking Service using a valid User ID and Password, including those situations when your User ID and Password are obtained due to compromise to your computer. If you permit other persons to use the Online Banking Service with your Password, or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you believe that your Password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Online Banking Service without your consent or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us at once by calling (000)000-0000 during regular business hours. You can also contact us by sending a secure message through the Online Banking Service. IF YOU DISCLOSE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE, AND/OR IF YOU ALLOW SOMEONE TO USE YOUR PASSWORD TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING THEM TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE OF THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE BY THEM (E.G., SUCH AS WHEN YOU PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO AN EMPLOYEE, AN AGGREGATION SERVICE PROVIDER, OR WHEN YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER IS COMPROMISED BY A KEY STROKE LOGGING VIRUS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF MALWARE). You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including Password change confirmations, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual.

Protecting Your Password. You agree that we may send notices and other communications including password confirmations, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual. You further agree that GNBank will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, either in transit or at your place of business. You agree to: 1) keep your password secure and strictly confidential, providing it only to authorized signers on your account(s); 2) instruct each person to whom you give your password that he or she is not to disclose it to any unauthorized person; and 3) immediately notify us and select a new password if you believe your password may have become known to an unauthorized person. Customer assumes all risks associated with disclosure of any code or password to its employees. Customer agrees to limit disclosures of codes or passwords to those employees it will authorize to use the Services or who have a specific need to know. Customer will establish procedures to protect the confidentiality of all information relating to the Services, including all codes and passwords, and will promptly notify Bank if Customer knows or suspects that codes and passwords or other security information is stolen, compromised, or misused. You acknowledge and agree that if a transfer request describes the beneficiary or beneficiary’s bank inconsistently by name and account number, execution of the transfer request will occur on the basis of the account number, even if it identifies a person different from the named beneficiary or bank, and that your obligation to pay the amount of the transfer request to us is not excused in such circumstances. THE BANK WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT OR TRANSFER MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD THAT OCCURS BEFORE YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US OF POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED USE AND WE HAVE HAD A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO ACT ON THAT NOTICE. We may suspend or cancel your Password even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect your Password is being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
Protecting Your Password. Please keep in mind that we will treat anyone who uses your user name and password as "you." We will provide this user with all of the rights and privileges that we provide to you, and we will hold you responsible for the activities of the person using your password. Therefore, we recommend that you maintain your user name and password in confidence, and that you refrain from disclosing this information to anyone who might "pretend" to be you with respect to the WAVE RURAL CONNECT Services. We also ask that you notify us immediately if you suspect that someone is using your user name and/or password in any inappropriate manner.
Protecting Your Password. The only way to access your accounts via the Service is to use your password. The password requirement is designed to prohibit unauthorized use of your accounts. You are responsible for the strength of and preventing the unauthorized use of your password and should always keep your password private. Anyone who has obtained your password may be able to access your account(s) via the Service. You must notify the Bank immediately if you believe your password has been lost or stolen or to prevent the unauthorized access of your account(s). You must review your account statements carefully to verify that all items appearing therein were authorized by you. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of these statements and that the transactions listed thereon were authorized. Failure to notify the Bank promptly of any inaccurate or unauthorized transactions may result in significant loss to you. For your protection, we recommend that you change your password regularly. The Bank is not responsible for any loss you incur as a result of any transaction conducted by any person you have given your password to.

You can also contact us by sending a secure message through the Internet Banking Service. If you or your Authorized users disclose your Password to anyone, and/or if you allow someone to use your Password to access your accounts, you are authorizing them to act on your behalf and you will be responsible for any use of the Internet Banking Service by them (e.g., such as when you provide this information to a joint account holder, an employee, an aggregation service provider, or when your personal computer is compromised by a key stroke Logging virus or any other type of malware). You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including Password change confirmations, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual.

Protecting Your Password. You are responsible for keeping your Company ID, Company Password, User ID, and User Password and Online Banking account information confidential. You agree to: • keep your Company ID, Company Password, User ID, and User Password secure and strictly confidential, providing the Company ID and Company Password only to authorized signers on your account(s); • not send privileged account information (account number, password, etc.) in any public or general e-mail system; • not leave your PC or other Internet access device unattended while you are in the Bank’s Online Banking Site; • change the Passwords you assign to your employees on a regular basis, but no less frequently than every 90 days; • change your temporary Passwords promptly after you are given access to any service available through Online Banking for the first time and whenever anyone who has had access to your Passwords is no longer employed or authorized by you to use such service or services; • instruct each authorized person to whom you give your Company ID and Company Password, and their User ID and User Password, that he or she is not to disclose such information to any unauthorized person; and • If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, or may become known to an unauthorized user, use the Password change feature within the online Business Banking service section of the Web site to change your Password. • If you believe your password has been lost or stolen, or may become known to an unauthorized user, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, call the Bank immediately at (000)- 000-0000 between the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Telephoning the Bank is the best way of minimizing your losses and liability.
