Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. Participating Class Members The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single check to every Participating Class Member (i.e., every Class Member who doesn’t opt-out) including those who also qualify as Aggrieved Employees. The single check will combine the Individual Class Payment and the Individual PAGA Payment.

Determination of Clearing Price The Selling Shareholder and the Placement Agents shall have determined, in writing, the clearing price for the Securities in the Auction.
Determination of Seniority Seniority records shall be maintained by the University and shall be based on the employee's seniority date. The University shall maintain current records on seniority for use in the application of these provisions and they shall be available whenever a Union representative shall raise a question of seniority. Such lists and records shall also show the job title and latest employment date with the University for each person, and a copy of the list shall be furnished to the Union every six (6) months, upon request.
Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
Contribution Deadline The deadline for making an IRA contribution is your tax return due date (not including extensions). You may designate a contribution as a contribution for the preceding taxable year in a manner acceptable to us. For example, if you are a calendar year taxpayer, and you make your IRA contribution on or before April 15, your contribution is considered to have been made for the previous tax year if you designate it as such. If you are a member of the Armed Forces serving in a combat zone, hazardous duty area, or contingency operation, you may have an extended contribution deadline of 180 days after the last day served in the area. In addition, your contribution deadline for a particular tax year is also extended by the number of days that remained to file that year’s tax return as of the date you entered the combat zone. This additional extension to make your IRA contribution cannot exceed the number of days between January 1 and your tax filing deadline, not including extensions.

Reemployment in Same Class Following Layoff An employee who has acquired permanent status in a position and who is laid off because of lack of work or funds and is re-employed in the same class after such layoff shall be paid the salary step attained prior to layoff.
