Protect from Freezing. At all times, to ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to protect the Property against freezing and burst pipes, provided the pipes and other installations are kept adequately insulated by the Landlord. To reimburse the Landlord in respect of any damage caused to the Property as a result of frozen or burst pipes due to the Tenant failing to take reasonable precautions.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • WORKING FROM HOME 51.1. Subject to this clause, the Employer may consider the introduction of working from home arrangements. The introduction of working from home arrangements does not provide for the Employee’s primary place of work to be moved from the Employee’s headquarters/work base to the Employee’s home.
