Common use of Protect Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Protect Confidentiality. Contractors and their Representatives shall protect and maintain confidentiality of the work and services they provide to LAUSD. All communications and information obtained in the course of seeking or performing work for LAUSD should be considered confidential. No confidential information relating to LAUSD should ever be disclosed without express authorization by LAUSD in writing, unless otherwise legally mandated.
