Prospectus and Reports. The Participating Dealer agrees to comply with the provisions contained in the Securities Act governing the delivery of a Prospectus to any person to whom it offers Shares. The Participating Dealer further agrees to deliver, upon Distributor's request, copies of any amended Prospectus to Shareholders whose Shares Participating Dealer is holding as record owner. Participating Dealer further agrees to forward to Shareholders, if required by law, shareholder communications from the Funds (such as proxies, shareholder reports, annual and semi-annual financial statements and dividend, distribution and tax notices).
