  • PRORATED RENT Tenant may be required to pay prorated Rent from the beginning of this Lease to the first full month. If Tenant must pay prorated Rent, Tenant shall pay any prorated amount due, together with the security deposit, at the execution of this Lease.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A.   • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.
