Proprietary Materials. From time to time during the performance of this Agreement, each Party may deliver certain Proprietary Information to the other Party hereunder. All such Proprietary Information shall be deemed “Confidential information” as described in this Section 16, and, as between the Parties hereto, the Party providing such materials shall be deemed the owner, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
