Proposal Validity. Proposals will be open for acceptance for at least 90 days after the closing date.
Proposal Validity. The bidder shall indicate the period of validity of this proposal, which shall be for six (06) months from the date of Bid opening.

Bidders, who do not agree, have the right to refuse to extend the validity of their proposals.
Proposal Validity. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be binding on the offeror for a minimum of 365 days.
