Proposal Review. Proposers are responsible for carefully examining the RFP, this Contract, and all documents incorporated into the Contract by reference before submitting a proposal. If selected for award of contract, proposer shall be bound by same unless the City has accepted proposer’s exceptions, if any, in writing.

The Subcontractor will be provided the opportunity to review the technical and past performance proposal data prior to submittal. Proposal Review. Subsequent to the pre-qualification of prospective contractors and/or construction managers, Lakes shall conduct a review of responsive proposals for the construction of the Project, and Lakes shall recommend to the Band a well-qualified construction manager, contractor and/or contractors. The recommended contractor, contractors and/or construction manager shall be subject to the approval of the Pokagon Council, shall be properly licensed in the State of Michigan, and shall be capable of furnishing a payment and performance bond satisfactory to the Business Board to cover the construction for which the contractor, contractors and/or construction manager may be retained.
Proposal Review. (1) A candidate for a degree must, at the stage of planning his/her thesis, present at the Research Design Workshop the concept and plan of research, and be confirmed to be ready to begin writing the thesis.
Proposal Review. Subsequent to the pre-qualification of prospective contractors, STWC, in consultation with COPR, shall conduct a review of responsive proposals for the various components of construction of the Project and the Facility, and STWC shall recommend to COPR the best qualified contractor with the lowest responsible bid proposal. The recommended contractor shall be subject to the approval of STWC and COPR, shall meet commercially reasonable financial capability requirements established by COPR and STWC, and, if applicable, shall be capable of furnishing a payment and performance bond satisfactory to STWC and COPR to cover the construction for which the contractor may be retained.
Proposal Review. The proposals must contain all the essential information in which the award decision shall be made. The information that is required to be submitted in response to this RFP has been determined by the Department to be essential for use by the Committee in the evaluation and award process. Therefore, all instructions contained in this RFP shall be met in order to qualify as a responsive and responsible proposer and participate in the Selection Committee’s consideration for award. Proposals that do not meet or comply with instructions of this RFP may be considered non-conforming and deemed non- responsive and subject to disqualification at the sole discretion of the Committee.

Proposal Review. The review committee will evaluate each proposal response submitted and rank the response in accordance to the procurement guidelines and schedule of events discussed within the proposal. However, RISE reserves the right to modify the qualification process and dates as deemed necessary. RISE may request an online demonstration of specific vendors’ solutions prior to the selection completion date. Offerors should be prepared to provide such a demonstration in a timely fashion.
Proposal Review review meetings within one (1) day of being notified by County (via fax, e-mail, telephone, etc.). After review of the Proposal, Contractor agrees to remove all inapplicable line items and adjust quantities as directed by County. C031712
