Proposal Requests and Change Orders. .1 The A/E shall prepare Proposal Requests with estimated costs and other necessary documentation seeking Proposals from Contractors for adjustments of the Contract Sum or the Contract Time, or both, associated with potential and proposed changes in the Work.

Proposal Requests and Change Orders. 2.7.12.1 The CM shall recommend necessary or desirable changes in the Project to the Contracting Authority, the Owner and the A/E, review any Proposal Requests prepared by the A/E prior to their issuance, review Contractor proposals and submit recommendations thereon to the Contracting Authority, the Owner, and the A/E, assist in negotiating Change Orders in accordance with the Standard Requirements for authorization and execution by the Contracting Authority, the Owner, and the A/E.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

All purchase orders presented to the Vendor, but not fulfilled by the Vendor, by a TIPS Member prior to the actual termination of this agreement shall be honored at the option of the TIPS Member. The awarded Vendor may terminate the agreement with ninety (90) days prior written notice to TIPS 0000 XX Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000. The vendor will be paid for goods and services delivered prior to the termination provided that the goods and services were delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the terminated agreement. This termination clause does not affect the sales agreements executed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member customer pursuant to this agreement. TIPS Members may negotiate a termination for convenience clause that meets the needs of the transaction based on applicable factors, such as funding sources or other needs. TIPS Member Purchasing Procedures Usually, purchase orders or their equal are issued by participating TIPS Member to the awarded vendor and should indicate on the order that the purchase is per the applicable TIPS Agreement Number. Orders are typically emailed to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. • Awarded Vendor delivers goods/services directly to the participating member. • Awarded Vendor invoices the participating TIPS Member directly. • Awarded Vendor receives payment directly from the participating member. • Fees are due to TIPS upon payment by the Member to the Vendor. Vendor agrees to pay the participation fee to TIPS for all Agreement sales upon receipt of payment including partial payment, from the Member Entity or as otherwise agreed by TIPS in writing and signed by an authorized signatory of TIPS.

  • PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Owner-Requested Changes If the Owner requests changes in the Contract Documents that would materially affect the completion of the Work by lengthening the critical path of the Overall Project Schedule, the Design Professional shall determine the appropriate number of days and thereby extend the Material Completion and Occupancy Date. The Contractor expressly agrees that the Contractor’s sole monetary remedy for such extensions of Contract Time shall be calculated at the daily rate established for Time Dependent Overhead Costs in the Contract.

  • Other Change Orders For Change Orders involving the following situations that would materially affect the completion of the Work by lengthening the critical path of the Construction Progress Schedule, the Design Professional shall determine the appropriate number of days and thereby extend the Material Completion and Occupancy Date. The Contractor expressly agrees that the Contractor’s sole monetary remedy for such extensions of Contract Time shall be calculated at the daily rate established for Time Dependent Overhead Costs in the Contract.

  • CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE (a) Any Change Request of Customer or SAP must be in writing and in the format as provided by SAP.
