Property Report. Unless waived by Administrative Agent, an inspection report on each Parcel prepared by an engineering or architectural firm retained by Administrative Agent or Borrower and satisfactory in all respects to Administrative Agent.
Property Report. After completion of the contract period of performance and within 30 days after disposition of all contract-accountable property under this contract, the Seller shall submit to the Buyer a final zero property report. Each subcontractor that had possession of Government property accountable to this contract shall report a final zero property report to the Seller. The Seller shall submit the report to the Buyer certifying the disposition of all contract- accountable property and providing along with documentation supporting the transfer or disposal of all Seller inventory (e.g., SF1428, DD 1149).
Property Report. Seller has registered Prospect at Mt. Crested Butte with the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection by filing a detailed “Statement of Record” in compliance with the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq. (the “Act”). The Act requires Seller to provide Purchaser with a “Property Report” prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Office of Interstate Land Sales Registration, Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (the “Property Report”). The Property Report includes, without limitation, information relating to risks, access, utilities, services, assessments and the Associations.

Property Report. Each set of financial statements of the Lessee delivered pursuant to Section 18(a)(ii) will be accompanied by a report of an officer of the Lessee familiar with the status and condition of the Leased Property which describes the status, condition and location of the Leased Property, describing any repair to the Facility having a cost exceeding $500,000, any warranty claim in an amount exceeding $250,000 against any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Leased Property, any period of 45 or more consecutive days during which the Facility was not in operation and any material violation of governmental rules or regulations involving the Facility or the operation thereof, in each case during the period since the previous report (or, in the case of the first such report, since the date of this Lease), and describing the circumstances thereof, and stating whether any Leased Property is then in the condition required by this Lease and, if not, what the Lessee is doing or intends to do in connection therewith.
Property Report. See Article 9. The performer shall submit a report identifying all items of property procured with an acquisition value greater than $5,000 upon completion of the Agreement. Property Report. HBR has elected to proceed to Closing notwithstanding the matters disclosed and recommendations made in that certain "Pre-Purchase Assessment of The Bluffs Run Casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa For Harveys Casino Resorts, Las Vegas, Nevada" dated September 28, 1999 (WJE No. 991892), prepared by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., and attachments thereto.
Property Report.
