PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents or papers (and all copies thereof) relating to the Business, including such items stored in computer memories, on microfiche or by any other means, made or compiled by or on behalf of the Shareholders or the Corporation or made available to them relating to the Business, but excluding any materials (other than the minute books of the Corporation) maintained by any attorneys for the Corporation or the Shareholders prior to the Closing, are and shall be the property of WCI and have been delivered or will be delivered or made available to WCI at the Closing.
