Property Inspections. Manager shall complete move in and move out inspections. Manager shall complete two one (21) free included periodic inspections annually upon request of the Owneroccupied inspection annually. This is to ensure the property is being maintained and upheld to satisfaction. Any additional inspections requested by the Owner shall be billed to Owner by Manager at Manager’s then current hourly rate, which current hourly rate shall be provided to Owner upon Owner’s written request. Owner shall promptly pay the cost of such additional inspections to Manager upon demand.
