It has been Auctioneers policy to ensure the Purchaser and/or the Purchaser’s Agent personal information is protected. With the introduction of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), Auctioneers are even committed to ensure the privacy and confidentiality and security of all personal data are protected in line with the PDPA. Auctioneers will process personal data which the Purchaser and/or the Purchaser’s Agent have provided to Auctioneers voluntarily through Auctioneers website upon the Purchaser and/or the Purchaser’s Agent registration and this includes personal data such as the Purchaser and/or the Purchaser’s Agent name, address, NRIC and contact details. In this regards, the Purchaser and/or the Purchaser’s Agent have expressly consent to our processing of your personal data. If the Purchaser give Auctioneers personal data or information about another person, the Purchaser must first confirm that he/she has appointed the Purchaser’s Agent to act for him/her, to consent to the processing of his/her personal data and to receive on his/her behalf any data protection notices. We may request the Purchaser assistance to procure the consent of such persons whose personal data is provided by the Purchaser to Auctioneers and the Purchaser agree to do so. The Purchaser shall indemnify Auctioneers in the event Auctioneers suffer loss and damage as a result of the Purchaser failure to comply with the same.   • BUYER’S PROPERTY Seller shall clearly mark, maintain an inventory of, and keep segregated or identifiable all of Buyer's property and all property to which Xxxxx acquires an interest by virtue of this Contract. Seller assumes all risk of loss, destruction or damage of such property while in Seller's possession, custody or control, including any transfer to Seller’s subcontractors. Upon request, Seller shall provide Buyer with adequate proof of insurance against such risk of loss. Seller shall not use such property other than in performance of this Contract without Xxxxx's prior written consent.   • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.
