Property Assessments. The Real Property is assessed for purposes of Property Assessments as a separate and distinct parcel from any other property, such that the Real Property shall never become subject to the Lien of any Property Assessments levied or assessed against any property other than the Real Property.

Property Assessments. The fee portion of the Real Property is assessed for purposes of Property Assessments as a separate and distinct parcel from any other property, such that such fee portion of the Real Property is not subject to the Lien of any Property Assessments levied or assessed against any property other than the Real Property.
Property Assessments. The parties agree that the public improvements that the City installed and levied for to facilitate the Xxxxxx Parkway Redevelopment Project are essential to the successful completion of the Minimum Improvements. The Developer has requested to assume the payment of the balance of the Property Assessments levied on the Development Property and the City has agreed to the assumption of the Property Assessments. The remaining balance of the Property Assessments and corresponding repayment schedule are set forth in Exhibit D. The Developer shall pay the cost of the Property Assessments. Property Assessments. Borrower fails to pay within twenty (20) days of notice and demand by Agent any installment of any assessment against any Property for local improvements heretofore or hereafter laid, which assessment is or may become payable in annual or periodic installments and is or may become a lien on such Property, notwithstanding the fact that such installment may not be due and payable at the time of such notice and demand.
