Proper Notice. 16.1. The address indicated by you/the Subscriber in the application, as well as the contact phone number, will be considered the grounds for all subsequent functions, including notifications. The notification will be considered properly executed if it was sent to the address specified by you/the Subscriber or to the contact telephone number (SMS), regardless of the fact of its receipt by you/the Subscriber.
