Proper Names. Seller does not operate in any jurisdiction under a trade name, division, division name or name other than those names previously disclosed in writing by Seller to Buyer, and all such names are utilized by Seller only in the jurisdiction(s) identified in such writing. The only names used by Seller in its tax returns for the last five years are set forth in Exhibit K.
Proper Names. The Company does not operate in any Jurisdiction under a trade name, division, division name or name other than those names set forth on Exhibit "I" attached hereto and all such names included on Exhibit "I" are utilized by the Company only in the jurisdictions listed therein.

No Seller Party nor Guarantor operates in any jurisdiction under a trade name, division, division name or name other than those names previously disclosed in writing by Seller Parties or Guarantor, as applicable, to Buyer, and all such names are utilized by Seller Parties and Guarantor only in the jurisdiction(s) identified in such writing. The only names used by Seller Parties and Guarantor in their respective tax returns for the last ten (10) years are set forth in Schedule 4.

The Borrower has made all filings and taken all other action as may be required under the laws of any jurisdiction in which it originates Mortgage Loans or otherwise conducts business under any assumed name. The Borrower’s use of the assumed names set forth on Schedule 5.14 does not conflict with any other Person’s legal rights to any such name, nor otherwise give rise to any liability by the Borrower to any other Person.
Proper Names. Seller does not operate in any jurisdiction under a trade name, division, division name or name other than those names previously disclosed in writing by Seller to MBF, and all such names are utilized by Seller only in the jurisdiction(s) identified in such writing.
Proper Names. Chief Executive Office/Jurisdiction of Organization. Seller does not operate in any jurisdiction under a trade name, division name or name other than those names previously disclosed in writing by Seller to Buyer. On the Effective Date, Seller’s chief executive office is, and has been, located as specified on the signature page hereto. Each Seller Party’s (if any, besides Seller, and if not an individual) jurisdiction of organization is as set forth in the Pricing Letter.

Each Borrower does not operate in any jurisdiction under a trade name, division, division name or name other than those names set forth on EXHIBIT "I" attached hereto and all such names included on EXHIBIT "I" are utilized by the applicable Borrower only in the jurisdictions listed therein.
