Proper Check-Out. At the conclusion or termination of this License Agreement, Student must properly check-out of the Assigned Space by returning his/her keys and stopping at the Housing Information Desk to have access terminated. Improper check-out shall result in Student being assessed (1) an improper check-out charge of fifty dollars ($50); (2) a seventy-five dollar ($75) charge for lock changes if keys are not returned on time, and (3) any applicable cleaning and damage charges. Student is not considered checked-out until all keys are returned to Housing & Residence Life. Student will continue to accrue daily charges until the keys are returned or a lock change has been processed.

Proper Check-Out. At the conclusion or termination of this Agreement, student must check out of the residence hall by returning keys and completing the Residence Hall Room Condition Form with an authorized staff member. Improper check out shall result in the student being assessed a charge for the improper check out, a charge for lock changes if keys are not returned on time, and any other applicable cleaning and damage charges.

  • Check-Out a. Except as provided below with respect to graduation, you must check out by 12:00 noon on the day following the last final examination during the Contract Period.

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 8.11.1 Specific check-in information will be provided to all Resident students via the Residential Life website (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx). A resident planning to check-in after the stated arrival period, must notify Residential Life prior to the stated check-in time.

  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT The University and the student will complete and sign a room inventory of occupied space, including the number and condition of furnishings and the condition of premises assigned to the student. This checklist will be completed again at the end of the student’s occupancy and will serve as the basis for determining billable damages to the room and furnishings. The University may require an interim inventory to be completed prior to the end of the student’s occupancy if the University has reason to believe that removal of the furnishings or substantial damage to the premises or property has occurred. Check-outs will occur, barring approval from University Housing, within 48 hours of the actionable event (i.e. Last final of the semester, withdrawal, etc.). Check-outs not occurring within the proscribed time period without the approval of University Housing will be considered an “Improper Check-Out” and will be subject to a $25 fee and any applicable lock and key replacement costs.

  • Lock Out The Employer will not lock out employees as a consequence of any dispute arising during the period of this Agreement.

  • DUES CHECK-OFF 3.4.1 Each pay period, the University shall deduct from each Member of the Bargaining Unit such dues as are uniformly and regularly payable by a member of the Association in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association and such other assessments as are authorized in writing to the University by the Association.

  • No Lock Out ‌ No lock out shall be instituted by the Employer and/or its designees during the life of this Agreement.

  • Uncashed Checks If we remit your payment to a payee by mailing your payee a check drawn on your account and the check has not been presented for payment within [our payment cut-off period], we will investigate the status of the check. If the Payee cannot be reached, or the payment is to an individual and the check has not been presented for payment by ninety (90) days after the date the funds are withdrawn from your account, we will place a stop payment order on the check and refund your Account.

  • UNION DUES CHECK-OFF On a weekly basis the Employer agrees to deduct uniform dues and initiation fees from the paycheck of those covered employees whose individual written unrevoked authorizations are on file with the Employer and to transmit the amounts so deducted to the Union monthly. Said deduction authorizations shall be in such form as to conform with Section 302(c) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947.

  • Other Check Deposits The first $225.00 of funds from other check deposits will be available on the 1st business day after the day of Your deposit. The remaining funds will be available on the 2nd business day after the day of Your deposit. For example, if You deposit a check of $700.00 on a Monday, $225.00 of the deposit is available on Tuesday. The remaining $475.00 is available on Wednesday. Longer Delays May Apply. Funds You deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances: • We believe a check You deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525.00 on any one day. • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn Your account repeatedly in the last six months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of computer or communication equipment. We will notify You if We delay Your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and We will tell You when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the 7th business day following the day of Your deposit. In any case, We reserve the right to refuse an item for deposit or encashment.

  • Request for Dues Check Off Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues check off for the Exclusive Representative, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed any employee organization that has lost its right to dues check off pursuant to the PELRA Upon receipt of a properly executed authorization card of the employee involved, the District will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the dues as specified by the Union.
