Common use of PROPER AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

PROPER AUTHORITY. Each Party hereto represents and warrants that the person executing this Contract on its behalf has the authority to enter into this Contract. Developer acknowledges that this Contract is effective for the term specified in the Contract. Any services Developer performs or causes to be performed before this Contract’s effective date or after its termination or expiration are performed at Developer’s sole risk.
