Promulgation of Regulations. The Creditor Agency has promulgated all regulations required by 31 CFR parts 285 and 900-904 to transfer debts to Fiscal Service for collection by administrative offset, tax refund offset, Federal salary offset, administrative wage garnishment, credit bureau reporting, and other collection tools authorized and/or required by the Federal Claims Collection Standards (31 CFR Parts 900-904), as may be amended, as well as other statutes, regulations and policies applicable to collection of the Debt.
