PROMOTIONS AND STAFF CHANGES. 16.01 All full-time and regular part-time vacancies or newly created classifications within the scope of this Agreement shall be posted for one (1) week at one location in the Residence during which time the employee may apply for the said position in writing on a form supplied by the Employer.
