PROMOTIONAL SERVICE. If we supply you with any service, channels or programmes as part of a promotion or for promotional purposes and whether for a charger or otherwise we may if we wish at any time stop such supply or change the promotional services, channels or programmes or package of Service, channels or programmes that we are supplying.
PROMOTIONAL SERVICE. The Licensee shall at its own cost perform the promotional activities in respect of the Licensed Products in the Territory for the purpose of developing the market of the Licensed Products in the Territory (“Promotional Activities”).

If your television signal is not being received properly then you should notify us by contacting our customer management centre where the problem may be resolved over the pone or a technician may be sent out to investigate the problem. We are not responsible for correcting problems which are connected with the use of Customer Provided Apparatus and in such circumstances we may make a reasonable call out charge to cover our costs.
PROMOTIONAL SERVICE. Tenant shall participate in a service organized to promote the Shopping Center (“Promotional Service”). As its contribution for the operation and management of the Promotional Service, Tenant shall pay to Landlord (i) the Initial Promotional Assessment specified in Section 1.12(a), and (ii) the Promotional Charge calculated in the manner set forth in Section 1.12(b) (which Promotional Charge shall be increased by five percent (5%) on each July 1, commencing the first time such date is more than one hundred eighty (180) days after the Commencement Date). Tenant shall pay the Initial Promotional Assessment and the first monthly installment of the Promotional Charge concurrently with Tenant’s execution of this Lease. Tenant shall pay all subsequent installments of the Promotional Charge monthly in advance on or before the first day of each month. As partial compensation for implementing and managing the Promotional Service, Landlord shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent (25%) of the Promotional Service charges payable pursuant to this Section 11.1.

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Personal Services 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
