Common use of Promotional Rights Clause in Contracts

Promotional Rights. All marketing or promotional designs, brochures, advertisements, concepts, literature, books, media rights, rights against any other Person in respect of any of the foregoing and all other promotional properties, in each case primarily used or useful or developed or acquired by the Seller for use in connection with the ownership and operation of the Purchased Assets;

Promotional Rights. All marketing or promotional designs, sales literature, brochures, advertisements, concepts, literature, books, media rights, rights against any other Person Persons in respect of the any of the foregoing and all any other promotional properties, in each case primarily Assets used or useful or developed or acquired by the Seller for use in connection with the ownership and operation of Business (collectively, the Purchased Assets;“Promotional Rights”).

All marketing or promotional designs, brochures, advertisements, concepts, literature, books, media rights, or rights against any other Person entity in respect of any of the foregoing and all other promotional properties, in each case primarily used or useful or developed or acquired by the Seller XXXX for use in connection with the ownership and operation of the Purchased AssetsAssets in XXXX’x possession;
