Common use of Promotional Materials Clause in Contracts

Promotional Materials. From time to time, Company may furnish Consultant with such promotional data, materials and technical information as Company deems necessary for Consultant to have in the performance of her duties hereunder. Consultant shall use such materials in furtherance of the objectives of this Agreement and shall not disseminate the same except as set forth in Section 13.
