Common use of Promotional Material Clause in Contracts

Promotional Material. any material provided by the Advertiser to the Publisher and used by the Publisher in order to promote any activity related to the Advertiser and/or its Affiliated Entities or the Site for the purpose of this Agreement, including but not limited to logos, banners, promo links etc.
