Promotional Fund. The Board shall forward the contributions, by the fifteenth day of the following month, on a report form approved by the Trustees of the Fund.
Promotional Fund. Promotional fund charges relating to the month in which the Closing occurs are prorated as a part of Current Rent. Seller maintains a separate account (the "PROMOTIONAL FUND ACCOUNT") into which all promotional fund collections are deposited and from which all promotional fund expenditures are made. Seller covenants to make prior to the Closing all contributions to the Promotional Fund Account which are owed by Seller under the Leases or the Operating Agreements with respect to any period of time prior to the Closing. From time to time, Seller may have advanced funds to the Promotional Fund Account to allow the incurrence of certain promotional expenses in advance of collections including the acquisition of equipment or improvements relating to promotional activities. Such advances are accounted for as a receivable from the promotional fund to Seller and in the case of certain improvements or acquisitions with a multi-year useful life, repayment of such receivable is based on an amortization schedule. Therefore, the Promotional Fund Account may have a positive balance (collections exceed expenditures) or a negative balance (expenditures exceed collections). As of the Close of Escrow, if the Promotional Fund Account has a positive balance, Buyer shall be credited and Seller debited with such positive balance, and if the Promotional Fund Account has a negative balance, Seller shall be credited and Buyer debited with such negative balance.
Promotional Fund. Landlord may establish a promotional fund (the “Promotional Fund”) for the Project. If and when Landlord establishes such Promotional Fund, Tenant agrees to pay dues to such Promotional Fund as provided in this Section 30. Until such time as Landlord has furnished Tenant with Landlord’s determination of a change in the monthly Promotional Fund dues, Tenant shall pay on the first day of each calendar month from and after the Commencement Date the Initial Promotional Fund Dues set forth in Paragraph 1.13 of this Lease. Tenant shall continue to make said monthly payments until notified by Landlord in writing of a change in the amount of monthly Promotional Fund dues, whether based upon increased or decreased costs or upon a change in advertising and Promotional Fund activities in which event, commencing with the first (1st) calendar month following the calendar month in which Landlord gives Tenant written notice of the change in monthly Promotional Fund dues, Tenant shall pay the amount set forth in the written notice to Tenant setting forth such change. By April 1 of each year, Landlord shall endeavor to give Tenant a statement showing the total Promotional Fund expenditures for the prior calendar year. Should Landlord elect to have a Grand Opening promotion, in addition to the above, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s billing, as its pre-opening contribution, a sum equal to Tenant’s pro rata share, based on Tenant’s building area to the total building area occupied, of Landlord’s budget for funds to be expended for promotion and advertising of the Project. Default in payment of dues shall be treated in a similar manner to default in rent. Intentionally deleted.
Promotional Fund. Tenant shall become a member of any promotional fund maintained by Landlord for the Shopping Center; provided, however, that Tenant shall not incur any financial obligation to such promotional fund or be obligated to pay any membership fee or dues excess of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per annum, and, particular, Tenant shall not be required to place advertising through or with any such entity or be separately obligated to perform any advertising for such entity.
Promotional Fund. (a) The AFL will maintain a promotional fund to be distributed to any Umpire who participates in AFL approved Promotional Activities during the Term (Promotional Fund).

Such rules and regulations shall be binding on the Employer. Local No. 7 shall designate two (2) representatives who may attend meetings of the Fund in an advisory capacity. The Terrazzo & Mosaic Promotion Fund has been created for the purpose of promoting the Mosaic and Terrazzo Industry, encouraging and increasing the use of Mosaic and Terrazzo by architects, owners, general contractors, and the building industry in general, and fostering the interests and general welfare of those engaged in the Mosaic and Terrazzo Industry. Should any Employer fail to make the required Contributions to the Promotional Fund, the Union shall thereupon have the option to stop all work of such Employer until full payment is made of all contributions due.

Promotional Fund. In the event Landlord shall establish a promotional fund to pay for advertising and other marketing activities of the Center for all tenants (as may be determined by Landlord from time to time), Tenant shall pay whatever sums Landlord shall reasonably designate as Tenant's Proportionate Share of such promotional fund.
