PROMOTION OF DEALER MANAGER RELATIONSHIP. The Company and the Dealer Manager shall not promote or advertise their relationship without the approval of the other Party in advance, provided that nothing in this Section 13(p) shall prevent or restrict the Company from making any disclosures required by securities laws, rules or regulations or applicable stock exchange rules or listing standards.
