Common use of Promissory Notes and Tangible Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Promissory Notes and Tangible Chattel Paper. If the Company shall, now or at any time hereafter, hold or acquire any promissory notes or tangible chattel paper with an aggregate value for all such promissory notes or tangible chattel paper in excess of $50,000, the Company shall forthwith endorse, assign and deliver the same to the Secured Party, accompanied by such instruments of transfer or assignment duly executed in blank as the Secured Party may from time to time specify.
