Common use of Promise to Pay Clause in Contracts

Promise to Pay. Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay each Lender, the outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans advanced to Borrower by such Lender and accrued and unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts due hereunder as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

Promise to Pay. Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to each Lender in accordance with each Lender’s respective Pro Rata Share of each Credit Facility, the outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans advanced to Borrower Credit Extensions made by the Lenders under such Lender Credit Facility and accrued and unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts due hereunder as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

Promise to Pay. Each Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay each Lender, ratably, the outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans advanced to Borrower by such Lender and Loans, accrued and unpaid interest interest, fees and charges thereon and any other amounts due hereunder to pay all Obligations as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

Each Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay each Lender, when due the outstanding principal amount of each Loan made to it and all Term Loans advanced other Obligations incurred by it, and to Borrower by such Lender and accrued and pay all unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts due hereunder as and when due accrued thereon, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
