Project Timeframe. Transpower has followed its approved internal processes to determine the Project Timeframe and will follow those processes for any update of the Project Timeframe. The Customer acknowledges that the Project Timeframe is indicative only. The Project Timeframe may be updated by Transpower in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 4.

All training activities undertaken by the Recipient will be recorded, including the number of individuals participating and, where applicable, accreditations achieved. Training will be delivered by suitably qualified contractors or organisations. Worker conditions EAP services will be made available to all employees (optional for employees). Environmental responsibility Adoption of practices that enable the project to be delivered sustainably, including by:  protecting or enhancing the local ecosystem and its indigenous biodiversity;  actively seeking to minimise the carbon impact of project delivery, to support the transition to a net zero emissions economy;  minimising waste, re-using materials, and where possible incorporating the principles of the circular economy;  using water resources efficiently;  using low-impact, sustainably and locally sourced materials and products; and/or  including resilience to the impacts of a changing climate.
