Project Teams. The AO will establish the project team consisting of qualified specialists from the Lead Agency and Participating Agencies to assist in the project review. The Project Manager will oversee the work of such teams and elevate to appropriate line officers the need for additional resources or schedule adjustments.

Project Teams. In connection with the execution of each Statement of Work, the Parties will establish a “Project Team” (which may be the same as a Project Team designated for one or more other Statements of Work) to coordinate the activities under such Statement of Work and that the activities of the Parties stay within the estimated timelines and budgets in the applicable Project Plan and Budget therefor; it being understood that a single Project Team may coordinate the activities under multiple Statements of Work. Each Project Team will prepare a proposed Project Plan and Budget (to be updated at least annually) for comment and approval by the JSC. Each Project Team will meet at least monthly (either by phone or in person), unless otherwise agreed, with more frequent interactions on an ad hoc basis. In addition, at least annually the Parties will conduct a technical update meeting with members of all Project Teams participating so that each Project Team is taking advantage of then-current best practices. Each Project Team will endeavor to make all decisions by unanimity; however, any matters for which unanimity cannot be reached will be escalated to the Joint Steering Committee for resolution. Each Party will keep the other Party fully informed on a regular basis through the Project Teams with respect to the activities for which it is responsible under the applicable Statement(s) of Work and the results thereof (including the occurrence of any Payment Milestone or Deliverable).

Project Teams. At the time that each Joint Alliance Program is initiated by Quintiles and Variagenics, the parties will create a project team for such Joint Alliance Program (which may be the same team for one or more programs), which shall coordinate with the Joint Management Committee on matters relating to such Joint Alliance Program. Each party will use its reasonable efforts to afford access to such party's project team by the other party's project team for each Joint Alliance Program, including with respect to participation in internal and Sponsor project team meetings and planning and decision processes, in order to assure optimal project coordination and implementation.
Project Teams. The Joint Steering Committee shall have the authority to create project teams for the Research Collaboration, each of which will meet (via telephone or video conference or in person) no less frequently than monthly, and which will report to the Joint Steering Committee on the progress of the activities performed on the Research Collaboration no less frequently than quarterly. The Joint Steering Committee shall also have the authority to create additional subcommittees as needed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Joint Steering Committee shall not have the authority to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement.
Project Teams. In order to carry out its respective obligations relating to the Project Development Activities, each of PERIMMUNE and MENTOR shall assign a defined team of employees to perform the Project Development Activities (each such team, a "Project Team" and, together, the "Project Teams"). The initial PERIMMUNE Project Team shall comprise the individuals listed on Exhibit C attached hereto and the research technicians under each of their direction and control. The initial MENTOR Project Team shall comprise the individuals listed on Exhibit D attached hereto and the research technicians under each of their direction and control. PERIMMUNE and MENTOR each agree to notify the other party of any change in the personnel comprising such party's Project Team, which changes shall remain in the sole discretion of such party.
