Project Superintendent. A. Contractor shall employ a competent Superintendent and any necessary assistants or alternates, all approved by Owner or Owner's Representative. The Superintendent shall not be changed except with the consent of Owner or Owner's Representative, unless the Superintendent is discharged by Contractor. The Superintendent shall have authority to represent Contractor in all matters relating to the Project. Communications with the Superintendent shall have the same force and effect as direct communication with Contractor.

Project Superintendent. The contractor shall designate in writing before starting work a project superintendent who will be present at the job site full time. Although the superintendent may or may not have the authority to represent and act for the contractor, the project superintendent shall be present at the site of the work at all times while work is actually in progress. Once work has commenced, the contractor may not change the project superintendent without first meeting the following conditions, all of which must be met prior to the changing of the project superintendent: • Contractor must request the change of the project superintendent in writing to the City Engineer no less than fifteen (15) working days prior to the date of the anticipated change. • The City Engineer must approve in writing the request for a change in superintendent. o If the City Engineer does not approve the change (s)he will provide in writing a reason for this decision. • No less than five (5) working days before the change of the project superintendent there will be a “job progress meeting.” This meeting must be attended by the current project superintendent, the proposed superintendent, the Contractor (or Contractor’s representative as outlined in section 7-7) and the City Engineer or authorized representative.
Project Superintendent. Unless they leave the employ of the Contractor, the above-named persons shall serve in these positions throughout the duration of the Contractor’s performance of the Work except as approved otherwise in writing in advance by the Owner. Persons named to replace those set out above shall be submitted to Owner in writing for approval prior to their replacement. The replacement shall be approved in writing in advance of the replacement by the Owner. The Owner’s approvals as required by this Section shall not unreasonably be withheld.
Project Superintendent. The Contractor shall employ a competent superintendent and necessary assistants who shall be in attendance at the Project site at all times during the progress of the Work. The superintendent shall represent the Contractor and all communications given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor. Important communications shall be confirmed in writing. Other communications shall be so confirmed on written request in each case.
Project Superintendent. A. Contractor shall be available to supervise the Work on a regular basis or shall have a competent Representative available, either on the Job Site or by phone, with authority to give instructions and make decisions for Contractor.

Project Superintendent. At all times (when performing Work at the Project Site) and in any event and from and after the Commencement Date, Contractor shall keep at the Project Site during the progress of the construction aspects of the Work a competent project superintendent (the “Project Superintendent”), who shall not be replaced without the prior written concurrence by Owner. The Project Superintendent shall be solely dedicated to the performance of the Work. The Project Superintendent shall be Contractor’s representative at the Project Site and shall have authority to act on behalf of and bind Contractor with respect to day-to-day decisions in the ordinary course of business; provided, however, that the Project Superintendent has no authority to execute a Change Order or amend this Agreement. Further, the Project Superintendent shall be responsible for furnishing information on a timely basis as reasonably requested by Owner, shall have the authority to agree upon procedures for coordinating Contractor’s efforts with those of Owner, and shall be present or duly represented at the Project Site at all times when the Work is being performed. Owner may rely upon the actions of the Project Superintendent taken within the authority set forth in this Section 2.2.3. Any communication (including a Notice) given to the Project Superintendent will be deemed to be given to Contractor.
Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent is responsible for execution of the construction effort to meet the requirements of this Agreement. The Project Superintendent is responsible for achieving the required quality in the constructed facilities, leading the construct safe philosophy, control of costs, and compliance with schedule requirements. At all times during performance of the Agreement and until the Work is completed and accepted, the Contractor shall directly superintend the on-site Work, and have on the Project Site one or more competent Project Superintendent(s) who are satisfactory to Owner and have the authority to act for the Contractor.
