Common use of Project Steering Committee Clause in Contracts

Project Steering Committee. The Recipient shall maintain, throughout the implementation of the Project, a Project Steering Committee which shall act as a body responsible for the strategic coordination and oversight of Project activities, all under terms of reference and a composition satisfactory to the World Bank.

Project Steering Committee. To this end, the Recipient shall maintain throughout Project implementation, the implementation Project Steering Committee, comprising a Vice Chair of the ProjectHaiphong People’s Committee as chair, a Project Steering Committee which shall act as a body responsible for and representatives of the strategic coordination Department of Transport and oversight of Project activitiesother concerned entities, all under terms of reference and a composition with an institutional framework, functions, and resources satisfactory to the World BankAssociation as shall be required for Project coordination.

The Project Steering Committee shall be responsible for providing overall coordination, as well as policy and strategic guidance on the Project, a all in accordance with the provisions of the Project Steering Committee which shall act as a body responsible for the strategic coordination and oversight of Project activities, all under terms of reference and a composition satisfactory to the World BankImplementation Manual.

The Recipient shall establish and maintain, throughout the Project implementation period, a Project Steering Committee, with terms of reference, composition and resources satisfactory to the Association, which shall be responsible for, inter alia, reviewing progress of Project implementation, ensuring coordinated efforts by all relevant stakeholders and conducting annual reviews of the Project, a and composed of members as described in the Project Steering Committee which shall act as a body responsible for the strategic coordination and oversight of Project activities, all under terms of reference and a composition satisfactory to the World BankOperations Manual.
