Common use of Project Site Clause in Contracts

Project Site. Reasonable precautions will be taken to minimize damage to the Project Site from the Contractor’s activities and use of equipment. The Contractor, well in advance of any testing or site investigation, will research and identify the accurate location of all utilities located on the Project Site including the presence and accurate location of hidden or obscured man-made objects known to the City. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to locate any hidden or obscured utilities or other man-made objects which may be on the Project Site, but are unknown to the City.
