Project Sign. Any requirements for a project sign shall be as set forth within the Technical Specifications section.
Project Sign. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, erect, maintain and remove one project sign. The project signboard shall be 3/4 inch thick, “AC” exterior grade fir plywood, 4 feet in height and 7 feet long each. All lettering type and size and color selection shall be as specified by DHHL (refer to Exhibit A). All paints used shall be exterior enamel paints manufactured either by Ameritone-Devoe, Boysen, DuPont, Dutch Boy Xxxxxx-X’Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Pittsburg, Sherwin—Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, or approved equal, and made primarily for the purpose for which they are used, and shall be prepared and applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions. Signs shall be painted with one prime coat and two finish coats. Final layout shall be based upon sign plans submitted by the CONTRACTOR and approved by the DHHL. The Project Sign shall be erected at a location directed by the DHHL and shall be adequately braced in such a way that does not interfere with the viewing of the signs. The sign shall be maintained in good condition throughout the progress of the work until final completion of the project. The project sign shall be erected within five (5) days after approval of the sign layout. After the final approval of the construction work by the DHHL, the project sign shall be removed from the site and shall become the property of the CONTRACTOR. Payment will be made for one project sign painted, with lettering specified by DHHL, in place complete (see attachment). Payment for sign removal shall be incidental to said item. Project Sign. Project Sign. (For construction contracts in the Canal area). The Contractor shall make and install a sign at the work site at the location designated by the Contracting Officer. The sign shall be 1.20 meters high and 1.80 meters wide and shall comply with the requirements of the sketch attached at the end of this section of the solicitation document. The sign shall be installed no later than ten (10) calendar days after the Contractor receives notice to proceed. No separate payment shall be made for installing and maintaining the project sign.
Project Sign. The Municipality agrees to display the project sign provided by NDEQ. The sign will remain the property of NDEQ and will be retrieved about one year after project completion. The Municipality will remove the sign for NDEQ when requested.
Project Sign. The Recipient shall post in a conspicuous location at the site a sign identifying OSMB’s participation in the Project. The sign will be maintained during the term of the Agreement.

Project Sign. To the extent specified in the relevant Budget Book for such Approved Project, the Manager shall post one project sign at the main entrance to a Project Site, which shall be installed within thirty (30) days after the Construction Approval Date and shall be subject to the prior written approval of the County’s Authorized Representative. The County’s sign requirements shall be provided to the Manager’s Authorized Representative. The Manager shall be responsible for promptly removing the sign(s) after Acceptance of the Approved Project. Any other signage at the Project Site, shall, except as required by Applicable Law, be subject to the prior written approval of the County’s Authorized Representative. To the extent the Manager violates this obligation specified in the immediately preceding sentence of this Section 5.7, the County shall have the right to remove such signage, logos or other identifications and dispose of the same at the Manager’s sole cost and expense.
Project Sign. The Contractor agrees to erect a 4’ x 8’ sign at the Project construction site and maintain the sign for the duration of the Project. The sign shall be satisfactory to ITP and shall include the following information at a minimum: the Project name, ITP’s name, Federal, State, and local financial participation information, and the Contractor’s name. The sign layout shall be submitted to ITP for review and approval prior to installation.
