Project Schedule. The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, shall be pursued and completed in accordance with the following schedule: ACTIVITY START DATE COMPLETION DATE Final Design 09/01/2016 12/31/2016 Bidding Process 05/01/2017 07/10/2017 Construction 08/01/2017 03/01/2018 Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth herein for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole option of the Director.
