Project Review Committee. (a) A Committee comprising members nominated by the Authority and by the Developer (refer Schedule 6) (the “Project Review Committee”), is to be established within 30 (thirty) days of signing of agreement. The Authority and the Developer shall be obligated to depute their authorized representative(s) to such committee by the stipulated date. The tenure of the Project Review Committee shall commence from the date of constitution thereof and shall continue until the end of the Agreement Period.
Project Review Committee. 8.2.1 The Foundation and the Society may each establish a Project Review Committee to provide advice and assistance regarding grant and other funding proposals.

Project Review Committee. District shall keep the City Manager informed of progress of the Projects throughout the design, planning, and specification phase of the Projects. District and City shall each, for such purposes, appoint three (3) staff members to a Projects Review Committee, of which the architect and project manager for the Projects shall also be members. The Committee shall meet with the Project Consultant(s) to review design, plans, specifications and progress of the Projects. Such meetings shall be called by District at times and places mutually convenient to City and District.
Project Review Committee. The Relationship Coordinators (defined in Section 7.1 below) from each of the parties will meet periodically to review progress on the Additional Projects and discuss proposed new projects.

Project Review Committee. A project review committee (the "COMMITTEE") composed of two designees from BCI and two designees from Megatel shall be set up to review on a monthly basis the resource needs of Megatel and any difficulties which may arise under this Agreement. Meetings of the Committee may be held in person or by conference call. Megatel shall ensure that BCI is given through the Committee or otherwise, on a timely basis, any information with respect to the business of Megatel which may be relevant to or necessary for the performance of Services by BCI or the Consultants hereunder.
Project Review Committee. A project review committee (the "COMMITTEE") composed of two designees from Velocom and two designees from Vesper shall be set up to review on a monthly basis the resource needs of Vesper and any difficulties which may arise under this Agreement. Meetings of the Committee may be held in person or by conference call. Vesper shall ensure that Velocom is given through the Committee or otherwise, on a timely basis, any information with respect to the business of Vesper which may be relevant to or necessary for the performance of Services by Velocom or the Consultants hereunder.

A Project Review Committee composed of two designees from BCI and two designees from Telinor shall be set up to review on a monthly basis the resources needs of Telinor and any difficulties which may arise under this Agreement. Meetings of this Committee may be held in person or by conference call. Telinor shall ensure that BCI is given through this Committee or otherwise, on a timely basis, any information with respect to the Business of Telinor which may be relevant to or necessary for the performance of the Agreement.
