The project representatives during the term of this Grant Agreement are: Department Name Title Phone Number Email TBD Grant Manager* XXX XXX * Unless otherwise stated within this Grant Agreement, all correspondence and documents to the Department of Conservation will be sent to the Grant Manager as described in Document Submission (Exhibit A, Section 6). Grantee Name Title Phone Number Email Department and Grantee must keep the Project Representative(s) up to date. Any changes to the Project Representatives by either Grantee or Department shall be made by providing seven (7) working days advance written notice to the other party. The written notice shall be sent as an electronic mail (email) attachment to be filed with the Grant Agreement.
