Project Record Drawings. Project record drawings are the property of the OWNER and approval/acceptance of final as-built drawings will be completed before final payment is made.

Project Record Drawings. The Drawings and Project Specifications as prepared under Construction Documents that have been revised to incorporate changes to the project subsequent to the issue of the bidding documents for the project. Changes to be incorporated shall be based on information provided by the Contractor (“As‐Built Drawings”) and include, but not be limited to, addenda, change orders, Requests for Information, construction alterations, and all other changes to the physical components of the project. Changes shall be incorporated into the appropriate location within the original contract documents. Simple attachments to the original DSA approved document set are not acceptable. Project Space Program: The Project Space Program that defines size and number of the educational spaces and support facilities for the Project. Sustainability: Sustainability is the physical development and institutional operations practices that meet the needs of the present users without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, particularly with the regard to use and waste of natural resources. Sustainable practices support ecological, human, and economic health and vitality. Sustainability presumes that resources are finite, and should be used conservatively and wisely with a view to long term priorities and consequences of the ways in which resources are used. Work: The construction and services required by the Contract Documents, whether completed or partially completed, and including, all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided by the Contractor to fulfill the Contractor’s obligations. The Work may constitute the whole or a part of the Project
Project Record Drawings. The DB team will maintain a set of construction documents (field as-built drawings) to record actual construction changes during the construction process as required by the RFP specifications. The project record drawings will be available for review by the VA Project Engineer at all times.
Project Record Drawings. The Contractor shall maintain a Project record set of drawings at the Project site with all changes or deviations from the original drawings neatly marked thereon in a contrasting color. The Contractor shall also maintain a Project record set of specifications at the Project site, noting therein by appropriate section the names, models, and other distinguishing characteristics of the materials actually incorporated into the Work. This Project record set of drawings and specifications shall be updated daily as the Project progresses and shall be made available to the Owner and Architect for inspection at all times. Upon final completion of the Work and before final payment, this Project record set of drawings and specifications shall be delivered to the Architect for the Owner.
Project Record Drawings. The Program Manager shall cause its Construction Manager, to prepare “Record Drawings” for the Project showing all technical elements of the Project as actually constructed and installed, following completion of the Project. The Program Manager shall deliver these “Record Drawings” to the County, on the Final Payment Date. The “Record Drawings” shall be the sole and exclusive property of the County, upon Final Payment, and neither the Program Manager nor its architect or engineer or any other person claiming by or through the Program Manager shall have any rights or interest in such Record Drawings.

Tenant and the TI Architect shall consider all such comments in good faith and shall, within 10 business days after receipt, notify Landlord how Tenant proposes to respond to such comments. Any disputes in connection with such comments shall be resolved in accordance with Section 2(d) hereof. Provided that the design reflected in the TI Construction Drawings is consistent with the TI Design Drawings, Landlord shall approve the TI Construction Drawings submitted by Tenant. Once approved by Landlord, subject to the provisions of Section 4 below, Tenant shall not materially modify the TI Construction Drawings except as may be reasonably required in connection with the issuance of the TI Permit (as defined in Section 3(a) below).

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin.

  • Construction Drawings After approving the Additional Programming Information, Landlord shall cause the Architect and the Engineers to prepare and deliver to Tenant Construction Drawings that conform to the approved Space Plan and the approved Additional Programming Information. Such preparation and delivery shall occur within 15 business days after the later of Landlord’s approval of the Additional Programming Information or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Construction Drawings by notice to Landlord. If Tenant disapproves the Construction Drawings, Tenant’s notice of disapproval shall specify any revisions Tenant desires in the Construction Drawings. After receiving such notice of disapproval, Landlord shall cause the Architect and/or the Engineers to revise the Construction Drawings, taking into account the reasons for Tenant’s disapproval (provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to cause the Architect or the Engineers to make any revision to the Construction Drawings that is inconsistent with the Landlord Requirements or that Landlord otherwise reasonably disapproves), and resubmit the Construction Drawings to Tenant for its approval. Such revision and resubmission shall occur within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice of disapproval or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement if such revision is not material, and within such longer period of time as may be reasonably necessary (but not more than 15 business days after the later of such receipt or such mutual execution and delivery) if such revision is material. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Tenant has approved the Construction Drawings. The Construction Drawings approved by Landlord and Tenant are referred to in this Work Letter as the “Approved Construction Drawings”.
