Project Promoter. 6.4.1 The Project Promoter shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Programme Operator and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Project Contract and in the Partnership Agreement.
Project Promoter must save a copy of all the original documents related to this agreement, with special regard to the accountancy and taxation registrars, and also, in exceptional and justified cases, an authenticated copy of all the original documents related to this agreement, on any device complying with the relevant national legislation in effect, so as their integrity shall be ensured, for five years following the payment of the balance of the grant amount in a way that it can be made available to the Programme Operator, National Focal Point, as well as any other organs entitled to carry out checks in case requested.

Project Promoter cannot sign up as a candidate or participant in the procurement announced by the Partner.
Project Promoter is in relation to the Partners fully liable for the realization of parts of the Project assigned to him and is liable for the breach of duties according to this Agreement or Project Contract, if the breach of the Project Contract was not caused as a result of act of the Partner in breach of this Agreement, or omission of act of the Partner according to this Agreement. The liability of the Project Promoter towards the Programme Operator for the implementation of the Project according to the Project Contract is not affected by this provision.
