Project Progress Reports. During the term of this Contract the Grantee will submit Project progress reports as described in ARM 2.13.410 to the Department in conjunction with each request for reimbursement. The Department, at its sole discretion, may decline to honor any request for reimbursement if the required project progress report has not been submitted to or approved by the Department.
Project Progress Reports. At least one (1) month prior to the date set for the Annual Review meeting mentioned in section 2 above, the Proponent shall provide the Minister with a written progress report containing:
Project Progress Reports. During the term of this Contract the Grantee will submit Project progress reports to the Department in conjunction with each request for reimbursement. These reports will describe the status of the activities set forth in Section 6, including, at a minimum, the percentage completed, costs incurred, funds remaining, and projected completion date. Additionally, the report must provide documentation supporting each claim for expenses to be reimbursed, describe any significant problems encountered in carrying out the Project, and the scope of any necessary modifications the Grantee is requesting in the Project scope of work, budget, or implementation schedule. The Department, at its sole discretion, may decline to honor any request for reimbursement if the required project progress report has not been submitted to or approved by the Department.
Project Progress Reports. Prepare monthly project progress reports on an as needed basis to document project status as required for compliance with the District’s Alternative Water Supply program. A memorandum summarizing the hydrogeologic data collected during the well construction and testing will also be prepared and submitted to the District to document completion of the project and close-out of the funding requirements.
Project Progress Reports. The Consultant shall prepare and submit to Task Assignment Project Manager a monthly progress report on all the tasks underway during the preceding calendar month within 21 calendar days of the end of such month.
Project Progress Reports. The Recipient agrees to provide the Project Officer with project progress reports, communicating the important activities and accomplishments of the project, on a semi-annual basis for the periods ending March 31 and September 30, or any portion thereof, for the entire project period. Reports are due no later than one month following the end of the semi-annual period. Performance progress reports shall be submitted to EDA in an electronic format no later than the due date. Reports shall be in a clear format, not exceeding six pages, and shall:

Such reports shall be submitted on the Project Monthly Progress Report Form attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment F. Reports are due to the Commission’s Grant Manager by the 15th of the month immediately following the reporting period until the Certificate of Completion is submitted.

Project Progress Reports. Starting the first quarter after the date the Agreement is executed, the Grantee shall submit to the Commission, on a quarterly basis, Quarterly Reports outlining the progress of the Project (financial and programmatic), identifying any problems that may have arisen, and actions taken to correct such problems. Such reports shall be submitted on the Quarterly Report Forms attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment E, Form 1A & 1B. Progress report are required until the Certification of Completion is submitted, even if work is complete.
