Project Progress Meetings. CM will organize, conduct, and document progress meetings involving the project architect/engineers, the contractor’s principal personnel, and as required, Xxxxxxx County. Included in these meetings will be topics covering schedule, budget, quality control, and submittals/shop drawings, etc.

TSI Contractor shall participate in all Project Progress Meetings as set forth in Section 4.1.3 of the RFP, at least once per month, or such other frequency as requested by SRTA to review, discuss and resolve matters relating to coordination, services, quality control, performance, customer service, tolling, payment and other matters arising under the Contract Documents. Project Progress Meetings. The A-E Testing & Inspection Firm representative may be required to attend weekly project progress meetings with the Contractor and the JWA PM/CM to review the special inspection and materials testing issues for a given project.

Work by the Consultant will include reviewing the Design-Builder’s GMP submittal for completeness, compliance with contract requirements, and risks to the City; participation in negotiations sessions; review of cost revisions; and review of proposed changes to technical contract terms and conditions. Assumptions: • GMP negotiations support will include attendance at up to five 2-hour negotiation sessions with the City and with the Design-Builder. • One GMP for the entire contract will be negotiated. • Project duration for the initial authorization is assumed to be 4 months. Deliverables: • Review comments on Design-Builder’s GMP submittal and revisions.
Project Progress Meetings. Project progress meetings will be held monthly throughout the project to identify action items and keep the project on schedule. Additional calls can be scheduled as needed during the project. • Review Meetings – After the completion of each task and comments from Northglenn staff are consolidated, a meeting will be conducted to review results and clarify comments. Project progress meetings and review meetings can be combined. Deliverable: Work plan in electronic report format. A draft must be submitted to Northglenn staff for approval prior to submission of final work plan.

Project Progress Meetings. Attendance and participation in the Monthly Project Progress Meetings with the City and the Construction Manager to discuss the status of the Project and potential Project issues. The Consultant shall budget two (2) hours for each Project Progress Meeting, and one (1) hour travel time to and from meeting for a total of three 3 hours.
