PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. The Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Government of India has authorized RISL as a Certifying Authority (CA). According to Section 24 of Information Technology Act 2000, a Certifying Authority means an agency that has been granted a license to issue Digital Signature Certificates, SSL certificates and e-Sign facility. A Certifying Authority is a trusted body whose central responsibility is to issue, revoke, renew and provide directories of Digital Certificates. RISL has already established PKI infrastructure as per guidelines of CCA in order to create, store and distribute digital certificates, e-Sign and SSL certificates. Digital-certificates are used to secure the transfer of information, assert identity information and verify the authenticity of messages through public key cryptography and digital signatures. RISL requires PKI based USB crypto tokens to provide its users (Officer of Government Departments) secure storage for digital certificates and private keys. This shall allow public-key cryptography and digital signatures to be leveraged securely, without risk of leaking the private key information. To accomplish this objective of safe & secure use, storage and movement of digital signature certificates, RISL intends to procure CCA mandated FIPS certified Crypto USB Token for which RISL intends to enter into a Rate Contract with most advantageous bidders for supply of CCA mandated USB Cryptographic tokens and invites bids from eligible bidders. PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. RISL intends to enter into a Rate-Contract,with professional and competent firms for Supply, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual Equipment for Smart Classroom. RISL shall use these rate contracts across the State for establishing Smart Classrooms.   • Background Information (A) The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement").   • Data and Information 12.1 The parties shall comply with all relevant UK and EU data protection legislation in delivering their obligations under the Agreement.

  • Access and Information The Company, on the one hand, and Parent and Acquisition Corp., on the other hand, shall each afford to the other and to the other’s accountants, counsel and other representatives full access during normal business hours throughout the period prior to the Effective Time to all of its properties, books, contracts, commitments and records (including but not limited to tax returns) and during such period, each shall furnish promptly to the other all information concerning its business, properties and personnel as such other party may reasonably request, provided that no investigation pursuant to this Section 6.01 shall affect any representations or warranties made herein. If this Agreement is terminated, each party will deliver to the other all documents and other materials (including copies) obtained by such party or on its behalf from the other party as a result of this Agreement or in connection herewith, whether so obtained before or after the execution hereof.

  • Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.

  • CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION Information and data that is considered proprietary by either Party or that is delivered or disclosed by one Party (“Discloser”) to the other Party (“Recipient”) during the course of performance of the Contract, and that is designated as confidential (“Information”), shall be held in confidence by that Party and shall be handled as follows:

  • Reports and Information 17.1 At such times and in such forms as the CITY may require, there shall be furnished to the CITY such statements, records, reports, data and information as the CITY may request pertaining to matters covered by this Agreement.
