Project Preparation. The Service Provider must, by the applicable Milestone Dates, plan and prepare for the Project in accordance with the Project Documentation (and in particular Statement of Work No 1) and this clause 11.

Project Preparation. The goals of this task are to secure the project pilot demonstration site(s), develop a detailed Measurement and Verification Plan, and develop a UL compliance gap analysis for the CBM. Configuration of Customer-Specific List Values and User-Defined Fields Acadis includes the ability to manage custom lists and user-defined fields throughout the system as a means to match client terminology as closely as possible. The dynamic list management functions allow users to create and define drop down lists, further ensuring standardization within the system. This provides flexibility for the client to define standard terminology within Acadis without the cost of programmers to modify system variables. Project Preparation. Before research or monitoring activities beginsbegin, The Collaborator will do all the following: Provide Meet with LRE employees to sharewith a Project summary proposal that includes the following information: Project including goals, Project objectives, and Project timeline. Research/monitoring protocol, if applicable Provide LRE employees with a summary of the research/monitoring protocol. Project map, if applicablePrepare a map indicating where the Project will occur. Provide LRE employees with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to research and monitoring activities commencing. The Collaborator will conduct research and monitoring activities as outlined in the project proposalsummary. The Collaborator will utilize designated roads and trails and respect the farm field and pasture boundaries so as to not disturb the activities occurring there. LRE employees may utilize photographs or videos taken of The Collaborator conducting the Project for publicity or training purposes.

Project Preparation. Tasks and responsibilities include the following:  Assisting Framework Public Bodies in determining buyer-specific requirements for each project and supporting users in considering the range of Energy Conservation Measures (“ECMs”) to be installed to best meet the Framework Public Bodies’ motivations and finance/risk appetite  Assisting Framework Public Bodies to select from a long list, the buildings and assets to be included in each project, ensuring that the most appropriate buildings are incorporated to enable the project to be successful. This will include guiding them on the preparation of building data and the gathering of key baseline energy data. It may include incorporating asset management and planned maintenance priorities in projects calling off the NDEE Framework(s) to enable facility-wide retrofit  Collating the information gathered into an appropriate format.
