Project Planning. The State and Contractor Project Managers will arrange for kick-off dates and procedures for managing the project – such as reporting status and resolving issues. This will provide an opportunity to introduce all key members of the project teams and walk through the project management plan and key milestones.
Project Planning. Construction Manager shall jointly with Owner Parties schedule and attend regular meetings to consult, advise, and assist, Owner Parties on all aspects of the planning and design of the Project. Construction Manager shall review and comment on Owner’s program statement, schedule requirements, and proposed budgets, each in terms of the other. Construction Manager shall assist Owner to refine its proposed budgets, including by generating and delivering to Owner Parties its Estimated Contract Sum, utilizing area, volume, or similar conceptual estimating techniques, and shall refine the Estimated Contract Sum based on Owner Parties’ changes during Project planning until Owner approves a Project budget and Owner Parties set each Target GMP. Project Planning. If Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the planning program for the Building or the Project, upon not less than one hundred twenty (120) days’ Notice to Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to other reasonably comparable space in the Project, which shall be comparable in terms of size, size and number of conference facilities, layout, and quality of finishes and improvements (any such other space is hereinafter referred to as the “Substitute Premises”), at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, said cost and expense being limited to the reasonable costs of: (a) physically moving Tenant’s personal property from the Premises to the Substitute Premises, (b) relocating telephone and IT equipment and service, and (c) if Tenant’s address within the Project changes as a direct result of the relocation, replacing a reasonable quantity of preprinted letterhead and business cards, and (d) any other reasonable, actual, out-of-pocket costs reasonably incurred by Tenant for such relocation. Following the relocation, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect for the balance of the Term, except that a revised Exhibit “A” shall become part of this Lease reflecting the location of the Substitute Premises, and Article 1 of this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the Substitute Premises (and Landlord and Tenant shall promptly execute an amendment to this Lease making such changes, provided that the partiesfailure to execute an amendment shall not affect each party’s respective rights and obligations with respect to such changes). Following any such relocation of the Premises to a Substitute Premises, all references in this Lease to the “Premises” shall be deemed to refer to the Substitute Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if the Substitute Premises does not meet with Tenant’s approval (in its sole and absolute discretion), Tenant will have the right to cancel this Lease upon giving Landlord written notice thereof within sixty (60) days of receipt of Landlord’s notice to Tenant exercising Landlord’s right to move Tenant to the Substitute Premises; provided, however, Landlord has the right, by written notice to Tenant given within five (5) business days of receipt of Tenant’s cancellation notice to rescind Landlord’s notice to Tenant exercising Landlord’s right to move Tenant to the Substitute Premises...
Project Planning. If Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the Project planning program, upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right to relocate Tenant to other space in the Project, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, and the terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, except that a revised EXHIBIT A reflecting the location of the new space shall be attached to and become a part of this Lease. However, if the new space does not meet with Tenant's approval, Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Lease effective thirty (30) days after written notice to Landlord, which notice shall be given within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord's notification.

Design-Builder shall review and comment on Owner’s Project Criteria, each in terms of the other. Design-Builder shall assist Owner to refine its proposed budgets, including by generating and delivering to Owner Parties its Estimated Project Sum, utilizing the Project Criteria, and estimating techniques appropriate to the Project’s stage of development, and shall refine the Estimated Project Sum based on changes during the Project.‌ Design-Builder shall schedule and conduct weekly meetings with Owner Parties to review development of the Services, Drawings, Specifications, and the Project in general, including procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling.

The project team meets to evaluate alternatives identified in Step 1, formulate new alternatives as necessary, and identifies their preferred alternative(s), using an evaluation process that is consistent with the flood damage principles identified in Part II. Project Planning. 4.1 Contractor must implement the Solution in accordance with the Detailed Work Plan set forth in the Project Control Document (PCD), developed and delivered pursuant to Paragraph 1.1.10 (Detailed Work Plan) of Attachment A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work). The Detailed Work Plan must, at a minimum, include the following items:
Project Planning. The NCU (hereafter referred to as "the University") shall, together with the Client, prepare work plan and budget for the project or parts of the project whenever the project size or subject makes this necessary. This plan shall normally be accepted by the Client before commencement of the work of the project. The Client may, with agreement of the University, follow the progress of the project personally or through a third party named by the Client.
