Project Performance Monitoring. The Contractor shall:- Monitor the quality of the service provision to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the Solutions team as outlined in the Contract, unless otherwise approved by the Project Manager/Authorised Officer. Provide a report on progress to the Project Manager/Authorised Officer on a regular basis, on a quarterly basis. Attend meetings on site to review progress and discuss the service, as required by the Project Manager/Authorised Officer.

Project Performance Monitoring. 22. The Recipient shall ensure that the implementation of the Project, the benefits resulting from the Project, and the overall operations of the Project facilities are monitored and evaluated bi-annually. Project Performance Monitoring. All projects implemented throughout ICAP received some measure of monitoring. Those projects prior to the creation of a dedicated M&E department were supervised by an ACDI/VOCA engineer in order to verify delivery of outputs. With the commencement of formalized monitoring and evaluation in mid 2004, regular monitoring and evaluation visits were conducted to assess project performance on a more systematic basis, and also to assess projects post-implementation to verify the activities of the CAG and the impact of the projects on the beneficiaries on a qualitative basis. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • F2 Monitoring of Contract Performance F2.1 The Contractor shall immediately inform the Authority if any aspect of the Contract is not being or is unable to be performed, the reasons for non-performance, any corrective action and the date by which that action will be completed.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
