Project Obligations. In consideration of the provision of the Funds, the Recipient must perform the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Project MERI Plan This clause 25 does not apply to Small Projects. Within the relevant timeframe specified in the Milestone Schedule, the Recipient must submit a draft Project MERI Plan for the Department’s approval. The draft Project MERI Plan must: comply with the MERI Strategy, including by detailing how the Project will be monitored and evaluated; be substantially in the form of the applicable Project MERI Plan template provided by the Department (if any); further detail the Project Activities, to be undertaken at each stage of the Project and how they will lead to achievement of the Project Outcomes; detail how the Funds allocated for monitoring and reporting activities will be spent; detail how the Recipient will deliver the Project in accordance with this Agreement; and be consistent with all timeframes arising under this Agreement and identify how they will be met. Unless the Recipient is otherwise notified by the Department, the Department will reject or approve the draft Project MERI Plan within 30 Business Days of submission by the Recipient under clause 25(b). Where the draft Project MERI Plan is rejected, the Recipient must continue to submit a draft Project MERI Plan, including any necessary amendments until the Department approves a draft Project MERI Plan.
Project Obligations. The Parties agree to identify and undertake all Project Activities required to in order to address all applicable issues as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with budgets and operating plans prepared by the Parties and approved by the Intermunicipal Committee from time to time. Subject to further agreement of the parties to proceed, the Project Activities shall not include any physical work, construction, or provisions of Water Services themselves. The purpose of the Project shall be to investigate and review the options and alternatives presented to the Parties and thereafter construct the necessary infrastructure to implement the Project, subject always to the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent.
Project Obligations. Section 2.01 CONTRACTOR will proceed with all reasonable dispatch to acquire, install and construct the Project Facilities substantially in accordance with the RFP and CONTRACTOR’s RFP Response, both incorporated herein. Such acquisition, construction and installation shall be completed on or before the Completion Date provided, however, that if the progress of acquisition, construction and installation is delayed at any time by Unavoidable Delays, then the Completion Date shall be extended for such reasonable time as the City may, in the reasonable exercise of its discretion, determine.
