Common use of Project Management System Clause in Contracts

Project Management System. 1.6.1 For projects with an Approved Construction Budget greater than ten million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00), or as directed by the Owner, the Professional shall provide all project scheduling deliverables from the current versions of Primavera P6 ™. The Owner will provide the Professional with templates to be used in the generation of the project schedule(s). In addition, the Professional shall use the current version of Primavera Contract Management ™ (the Project Management System) in accordance with the Owner’s protocol to manage all project-related correspondence, transmittals, meeting minutes, requests for information, deliverables, daily logs, project costs, change management and reporting.
