Project Management and Oversight. CSI will provide a project management team that will be on-site during all major project construction on a weekly basis to both review, inspect and provide guidance to the contractors. In our experience this will assist in the project being successful and minimize corrective action after completion of the project.  Prepare and organize all of the necessary specifications and estimates required by Humboldt County purchasing for project purchases of equipment and its installation, as well as the construction services necessary for communication site improvements in consultation with Humboldt County purchasing. This includes:  Obtain quotations for equipment & materials for the project from NASPO / WSCA participating vendors.  Assistance in procurement of materials and scheduling, this will include assistance in the preparation of purchase orders and vendor coordination.  Review work provided and invoices submitted to verify that the work we've coordinated has been completed / delivered in a satisfactory manner.  Management of vendors as necessary.  Provide engineering and project management support to monitor / review all contractor site preparation, construction progress, and adherence to engineering plans / specifications. Issue corrective instructions as needed. Photographically document this work with special emphasis on underground construction, especially in regards to grounding, tower anchors, etc.  Provide project management for the purchasing, installation, and acceptance testing of radio equipment and antennas at all sites as per attached Appendix 1.  Oversee construction of telecommunications facilities at all sites.  Prepare necessary information related to the budget for this project and our coordination for same in a manner satisfactory to the Humboldt County Administrator  Prepare presentation materials and / or reports to support the approval process of funding the project or to respond to concerns of user groups, Humboldt County staff / elected officials, or residents. Project Management and Oversight. Accela will perform ongoing project management services throughout the project in order to plan and monitor execution of the project in accordance with the activities outlined in the Statement of Work. By mutual agreement, some project management tasks may be shared between the Accela project manager, and the Health District project manager.

Project Management and Oversight. A. Appointment and Function of the Project Manager Steroids proposes to appoint Dr. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx xx Project Manager for this program. The principal function of the project Manager, in addition to his duties as a process developer, is the proposal of the specific work to be done by Steroids, Ltd. in the program and the justification of the priority of the work over any other work. In particular, Dr. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxl be responsible for justification of experimental priorities to Lung Rx. In addition, the Project Manager will have responsibility for communications with Lung Rx and for the management of all information and documentation for the program.   • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • The Management Agreement Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Manager to manage the Property in accordance with the Management Agreement. Borrower shall (a) diligently perform and observe all of the material terms, covenants and conditions of the Management Agreement on the part of Borrower to be performed and observed, (b) promptly notify Agent of any notice to Borrower or Manager of any default by Borrower in the performance or observance of any material terms, covenants or conditions of the Management Agreement on the part of Borrower to be performed and observed, and (c) promptly deliver to Agent a copy of all material notices received by it (including, without limitation, any notices relating to the Ground Lease, the Reciprocal Easement and any Joint Manager (as defined in the Reciprocal Easement Agreement) and, upon request by Agent, any other financial statement, business plan, capital expenditures plan, report and estimate received by it under the Management Agreement (but excluding any immaterial general correspondence and internal discussion drafts of any such plans, reports or estimates); and (iv) promptly enforce the performance and observance of all of the material covenants required to be performed and observed by Manager under the Management Agreement. If Borrower shall default in the performance or observance of any material term, covenant or condition of the Management Agreement on the part of Borrower to be performed or observed, then, without limiting Agent’s other rights or remedies under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and without waiving or releasing Borrower from any of its obligations hereunder or under the Management Agreement, Agent shall have the right, but shall be under no obligation, to pay any sums and to perform any act as may be appropriate to cause all the material terms, covenants and conditions of the Management Agreement on the part of Borrower to be performed or observed.

  • Property Management Agreement The Property Management Agreement is in full force and effect and, to Borrower's Knowledge, there are no defaults thereunder by any party thereto and no event has occurred that, with the passage of time and/or the giving of notice would constitute a default thereunder.
