Project Management. Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
Project Management. With respect to each Project Plan, each party will appoint a project manager who will be the party responsible for overseeing the Project Plan.
Project Management. 18 The contractor shall perform all Project Management functions including 19 contract, technical, personnel, administrative, logistic, quality, 20 business, and other management functions that are necessary to execute 21 the total effort required by this SOW. The contractor shall provide all 22 personnel and other resources, except as otherwise specified in this 23 SOW, necessary to accomplish these functions. The contractor shall 24 effect these management functions through an integrated management 25 approach, including cost, schedule, and technical performance within an 26 acceptable project management framework. The contractor shall develop 27 and submit to NMFS a Project Management Plan (as further defined in 28 Section F.5.2) for approval that details how the contractor will manage 29 the contract and its At-Sea Monitor program.
Project Management. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties will use a project management approach for the implementation of LSRs for non-standard requests such as coordinated cutovers including but not limited to Coordinated Hot Cuts and after hours cutover requests. The Parties may mutually agree on using a project management approach for very large volumes of number ports such as a large business, hospital or government agency cutover.
Project Management. Project and Program management services include any or all of the project management processes identified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as published in the most recent edition of the PMBOK® Guide, including practice guides such as Agile and Managing Change in Organizations. Examples may include: • Business case development and organizational/agency impact analysis. • Planning, organizing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion. • Planning, organizing, and executing IT projects according to industry standards. • Defining project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. • Managing project resources, schedules, budgets, and risks. • Stakeholder management. • Organizational change management. • Communicating project progress and providing regular status updates. • Conducting Cost-Benefit analysis. • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. • Utilizing the Customer’s tools and processes, using commercially available off-the-shelf tools, using Contract Holder’s own proprietary tools and processes to manage a project, and using the Customer’s preferred Project Delivery Framework.
Project Management. Axon will assign a Project Manager to work closely with Agency’s project manager and project team members and will be responsible for completing the tasks required to meet all contract deliverables on time and budget.

Project Management. 3.1 The Company shall appoint a project director to be responsible for overall direction of the Project.
Project Management. Each party shall assign a project manager to this Contract. The project managers shall be authorized to act on behalf of their respective employers concerning all matters related to this Contract, except, however that Contract amendments shall not be effective unless approved pursuant to Paragraph 15 herein.
Project Management. 12.1 You will manage the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, appoint a Project Manager who will be our main contact point for the Project, and give us written details of the identity of the Project Manager.
